Todd Webster - Senior Vice President, Cornerstone Government Affairs

Todd Webster joined Cornerstone in early 2016. Prior to Cornerstone, Todd served as the chief of staff to U.S. Senator Chris Coons (D-DE), a member of the Senate Democratic Leadership, where he acted as the Senator’s top advisor on all legislative, leadership, political, and communications matters, overseeing a staff of 30 and an annual budget of $3 million.  Given the Senator’s active membership on the Senate Appropriations, Judiciary, and Foreign Relations Committees, Todd oversaw and executed complex legislative strategies that helped Senator Coons achieve a series of important victories for Delaware and the country on issues of tax, trade, R&D, innovation, patent reform, economic development, energy, and foreign affairs.
