We are "onstage" all the time. Whether in front of one or a thousand, we are continually presented with the opportunity to create genuine connections. Studies show that relationship building, how you present yourself, and how you communicate are crucial to your success.
People in the travel and hospitality industries are especially known for their ability to provide great service. Being skilled at interacting well with others is the difference between exceptional and acceptable service, between a promotion and an average performance review, between loving your job and wishing you didn’t have to go in that day.
In this fun and interactive presentation, we will explore how to connect with your audience, team, vendors or clients while enhancing your own natural curiosity and charisma. (Yes, you do have it!)
Learn to observe the sometimes subtle cues and distinctions between:
* habituation and curiosity
* being on “auto-pilot” or engaged
* knowing when you are and when you are not connecting
Throughout this presentation, you will learn and practice some simple, but effective, people reading and curiosity skills. You will begin to notice your actual impact on others while learning how to better engage, communicate and connect.
The ripple effect of using these skills can generate results in every arena of your life.
