Bio:
Carrie Vanston supports executives, business owners, and professionals to connect with their passion, power up their mindset, and supercharge their impact so they can exceed their goals. She often incorporates a powerful professional and personal transformation tool—intentional travel—into her speaking and coaching practice.
Carrie has a long history of helping organizations and individuals thrive. She co-authored the award-winning book MiniTrends and her articles have appeared in such publications as Texas CEO Magazine, Austin Business Journal, and Austin's National Speakers Association Anthology.
Carrie previously led the Minitrends Project and directed the popular MiniTrends Conference Series at Technology Futures, Inc. (TFI). She is presently a TFI Board Member and an Advisor with its non-profit Art 84.
She is a popular keynote speaker on being a more energized, visionary leader and has made presentations around the world including to Fortune 500 companies, government agencies, human resource groups, health and wellness associations, and universities.
Carrie is a National Speakers Association (NSA) Austin Board Member and a 2024 Austin Business Journal Women in Business Honoree. She founded and led the Austin/San Antonio Association of Corporate Growth’s C-Suite Roundtable for two years. She was also a National Adviser and Austin Board Member of Cultures in Action.
Carrie is a Certified Leadership Coach, Certified Travel Coach, Accredited ICF Coach (PCC), Energy Leadership Index Master Practitioner, and a Professional Speaker with NSA.
