   Alysia Roden is a destination marketing professional with 20 years of sales & marketing and client relationship experience.  She currently is the Vice President of Sales for Visit Austin where she supports and leads the sales team in securing group meetings and conventions in Austin and at the Austin Convention Center. She enjoys building relationships with customers and offering solutions to their challenges.  Alysia currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Texas Society of Association Executives, is a Certified Meeting Professional, and is Certified in Exhibition Management.  She is a graduate of Texas A&M University (Whoop!) and the proud mother of two children (Avery – 11 & Ryan – 7).
