Julien Etchanchu, Sustainability Practice Lead for Advito will walk us through key steps to ensure a Sustainable Travel Program.

  • Measure emissions properly with clear, cross-industry insights and useful analytics.  Become better able to satisfy your executive leadership to align with  your overall corporate initiatives and drive value in your travel program.
  • Strategies - what should be your CO2 decreases targets be?
  • How can you concretely decrease your emissions?  Set aggressive sustainability targets and work towards your goals with the most accurate picture possible of your business travel emissions.  Discover the most carbon-efficient air travel routes, aircraft types and hotel properties in your key markets.
  • Communication to travel by identifying, influencing and enhancing change.  This is possible if your travelers have attractive options and a clear understanding of their choices.

 

Julien Etchanchu is leading Advito’s Sustainable Collaboration practice, helping global clients decrease business travel CO2 emissions across all travel categories (Air, Hotel, Rail, Car). His previous experience includes eight years at Air France-KLM, with six years in revenue management and pricing, and two years in e-commerce. He then moved to the hotel industry to lead a team of revenue managers for Radisson hotels in Frankfurt. Julien joined Advito in 2015 as a Managing Consultant for Air and Hotel and has diverse profile of consulting projects. He is also currently teaching tourism sustainability in a French Business School.
