As the Associate Director, Edward oversees and contributes to global client engagement delivery across TCG’s complete scope of expense and invoice management services. Edward brings to his role 10 years of software sales and delivery experience of which the past 6 years have been in Travel and Expense management. Prior to joining TCG, Edward served as a Senior Consultant for Chrome River’s corporate enterprise team and before Chrome River he worked as a Senior Implementation Project Manager for SAP Concur.

Jim Coufal, Senior Advisor:
Jim leads TCG’s Senior Advisor for Payment, Expense and Invoice. He has led and completed complex and diverse global engagements for clients across multiple industries and geographies. With over 30 combined years of experience in corporate travel, finance operations, and business processes, he leverages his comprehensive perspective and experience with a thorough understanding of current ERP systems, expense management technologies, decision support models, and integration strategies to deliver optimized solutions for TCG clients.
